Q. What are the delivery methods available?

Our website is integrated with EasyParcel to ship our products with their linked courier partners.

Q. How do i track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your registered email. You will be able to trace your parcel on our courier service's website with the tracking number provided. 

Q. How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?

Items will usually be shipped out within 3 days after the purchase is confirmed. Kindly allow up to 5 working days for your item(s) to arrive at your doorstep.

Q. How do i make a return?

Due to hygiene reasons, we regret that returns or refunds cannot be accommodated unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon the receiving of the items. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order is signed for. Items lost/ damaged in transportation will not be compensated.  Return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong colour or product choice for purchases made in-store or online. Nor do we refund for a change of mind.

For any product return to be considered for exchange or refund the customer must e-mail us at glownationco@gmail.com.

Q. How do I place my order on the website?

To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. What are the payment methods available?

  • Online Banking (Ipay88)
  • Credit Card (Ipay88)

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

Please send an email to our customer service email at glownationco@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

Orders that have been shipped out cannot be cancelled.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in MYR.


Q. Are your products safe to use for all skin types?

Our products are formulated with ingredients that are safe and kind to the skin. Our products are also registered and approved by Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM Approved).

If you have any severe allergies or sensitive skin, we would always recommend patch testing prior to using our products.

Q. Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. We are a cruelty-free brand hence, our products are not tested on animals & they are also paraben free. 


Q. Is the color of the product the same as shown in the photos?

Due to differences in computer monitor display settings, appearance of product colours/swatches may differ slightly.
